Preparation instructions that you add to to an item can be printed on the item's make ticket. Having preparation instructions print on make tickets can help kitchen staff prepare menu items correctly.
To Add Preparation Instructions to an Item:
1.In the Menu Tree, click an Item node. 
2.In the Property Editor, click the Food Preparation tab.
3.Under Prep Instructions, enter the preparation instructions in the text entry field.
To Print Preparation Instructions on Make Tickets:
1.Click the As Item tab.
2.In the Printing area, select the Prep Instructions check box.
