A Create-Your-Own (CYO) is a Selection Base Item, such as a cheese pizza or plain pasta, that can be customized with modifiers in order to provide customers with a "build-your-own" menu selection.

To Add a CYO Menu Item:
2.In the item's Name field, enter CYO or leave blank.
3.Add an Item Contents node to the CYO item and add the base contents (for example, the base contents of a CYO pizza would be pizza sauce and mozzarella cheese).
4.Add the CYO as the Selection Base Item to its menu panel.

Note: It is not recommended to set any date restrictions on Selection Base Items, as an expired base item will cause a menu error. |
