Note This procedure is only required if the Conventional source type is selected on the General sub-tab. It is not required if you are using SpeedDine. |
1.If not already on the SpeedLine Connect Sources tab, go to Settings> System> SpeedLine Connect, and then click the Connection sub-tab.
2.In the Port field, type or select the port number that Terminal will listen on for messages from the Connect provider.
3.For additional security, in the Restrict to IP Addresses field, enter the Connect provider's numeric IP address (or Connect Firewall address, if used). All requests from other IP addresses will be ignored.
Note To restrict IP addresses, the Connect provider must have a static IP address. |
4.On the Edit menu, click Save Changes.
