Send Customer Survey via Tattle

SpeedLine integrates with Tattle so your restaurant can send surveys to customers after orders are completed. Tattle is an all-in-one customer experience platform for collecting, analyzing, and actioning guest and menu insights. With this integration, restaurants can send surveys to customers after orders are complete.

Important Before getting started, you will need to create a Tattle account. To get started, contact support@speedlinesolutions.com

Note SpeedLine sends order details to Tattle so that your customers can be sent a survey. To view a summary and detailed information on survey responses, you must lo in to Tattle's web interface.

 

To Set Up Customer Surveys

1.Go to the Settings> People> 3rd-Party Survey.

2.Click the Active check box.

3.Enter the Merchant ID and Location ID you were provided with when setting up your Tattle account.

4.If desired, enter a prompt that customers will see to encourage them to take the survey. (e.g., "Please scan the QR code ti fill out our survey.)

Warning HM

Caution SpeedLine will not be able to send any order information to Tattle if the Merchant ID or Location ID field is blank or if the IDs do not match those in your Tattle account.
