Store Manager Help

The Employee tab in Bank Options contains employee (server and driver) bank settings. These settings include automatically opening banks on shift clock-in, enforcing a count on close of banks, setting opening amounts, and setting warnings when their banks exceed a certain total.

To Edit the Employee Bank Options:

1.Go to the Settings> Money> Bank Options > Employee tab.

2.Adjust the settings as necessary. The image below shows the recommended "best practice" settings. To read a description of a setting, click it with your mouse.

3.When finished making setting changes, on the Edit menu, click Save Changes.

4.Refresh Terminal to activate new settings.
