Monitor Time Clock Use

The Pay Period Details report provides detailed shift and pay information for each employee, while Time Clock Edits report lists any changes that were made to the number of hours worked or break times. Use these reports to ensure that your employees are working the correct shifts, and that time clock abuses are not being committed.

To Run the Pay Period Report or the Time Clock Edits Report:

1.Go to the Store Manager> Reports tab and click the Employee group.

2.Click Pay Period Details report icon_reports, or the Time Clock Edits report.

3.Click the Run Report button to open the Run Report Wizard. Follow the Report Options wizard on-screen instructions.
