Use this procedure to assign a custom ticket list layout to the Dispatch or Driver Detail screens on Terminal stations (see Customize Ticket Lists for instructions on how to customize a ticket list template).
To Assign Ticket List Layouts to the Dispatch or Driver Detail Screens
1.Go to the Settings> Orders> Dispatch Options > Display tab.
2.Select a template to use for the Dispatch screen In Store view from the In Store Ticket Grid Layout list. This screen will display delivery tickets that have not yet been assigned to a driver. If "None" is selected, an internal default template will be applied.
3.Select a template to use for the Dispatch screen Out Store view from the Out Store Ticket Grid Layout list. This screen will display delivery tickets that have been assigned to a driver and are on way or delivered. If "None" is selected, an internal default template will be applied.
4.Select a template to use for the Driver Detail screen from the Driver Detail Ticket Grid Layout list. This screen will display when a driver's name is selected on the Terminal Dispatch screen and the Details button is touched. If "None" is selected, an internal default template will be applied.
5.On the Edit menu, click Save Changes.
6.Refresh Terminal. The new ticket list layouts are applied.
