Set Up SpeedLine Loyalty

SpeedLine Loyalty is a cardless multi-store loyalty option to your customers. Customers can install the optional app on their smartphones to check their balances or identify themselves at stores. Contact SpeedLine for more information on the range of programs available and how to sign up. When you have the setup information, follow the instructions below to enter communication information and to customize how SpeedLine Loyalty interacts with Terminal.

Note Before completing the procedure below, loyalty must be Active, SpeedLine Loyalty must be selected in the Processor Interface list, and other general  loyalty settings entered. See Enter General Loyalty Settings for instructions.

Warning HM

Caution Do not activate or de-activate loyalty during the business day. To prevent problems with voided tickets, wait until after running day end or before making sales the next day before changing loyalty settings.

1.On the Settings tab, click People, and then click Loyalty. icon_loyalty

2.Click the SpeedLine tab.

3.Enter the SpeedLine Loyalty settings as required. Click the settings in the image below to see a description of each.

4.To select which order types to prompt for loyalty card entry on, go to Settings> Orders> Order Types > General tab (see Change General Order Type Options).

5.On the Edit menu, click Save Changes. Refresh or start Terminal to activate your new loyalty settings.
