If an employee has active status, but you do not want them shown on the schedule, use the procedure below to hide the employee's name and avoid accidentally scheduling them for a shift.

To Hide an Employee's Name on the Schedule

1.Go to Settings> People> Employees and double-click the employee you do not want to show on the schedule.

2.Click the Scheduling tab.

3.Clear Show In Schedule. The employee's name will remain on screens where they have scheduled shifts, but will not be visible on screens where they have not yet been scheduled.

4.Click OK to save your changes and close the employee's profile.
