Caution Records removed from the database cannot be restored unless you have a backup. SpeedLine recommends that you back up your database before clearing any old data. For instructions on how to create a backup, see the "Safeguarding Your Data" PDF, available in the Document Viewer. |
1.Go to Settings> People> Scheduling Options 
> Utilities tab.
2.Click the Purge Old Schedules button.
3.In the Clear Schedules Before window, click the drop-down arrow 
and select a date from the calendar. All schedule data up to this date will be permanently deleted.

Caution Once deleted, schedule data cannot be recovered. |
4.Click OK.
5.Check to ensure that the date shown in the confirmation message is correct, and then click Yes. Old schedules are erased.
