Add or Change Customer Comment Categories

When you add customer comments, such as "Love your seafood pizza!" to a customer's record in Terminal, you can quickly apply pre-defined comment categories such as "positive feedback." Follow the procedure below to add or change these pre-set comment categories.

1.Go to the Settings> People> Customer Options icon_customerOptions> Comment Categories tab.

2.Do one of the following:

To add a comment category, click on an empty field below your current entries, and then type the text of the comment.

To edit a comment category, click on the comment category you want to edit, type in your revised comment, and then press ENTER to enter your changes.

To delete a comment category, highlight the comment category text you want to delete, and then press the DELETE key.

3.On the Edit menu, click Save Changes.

4.Refresh Terminal and touch the Comments button on the Customer screen to see your revised categories.
