Labels are used to create headings or titles for groups of related buttons. For example, the "Salads," "Toppings" and "Dressings" headings in the image below are labels.
1.Open an existing panel in the Panel Designer.
2.Click the Label button 
on the Components toolbar.
3.Click in the Panel Designer workspace where you want to add a title. A box with a default caption appears.
4.In the Components Property Editor, click the Caption field and enter the text of your title.
5.Edit the properties of the label to change the way the title looks.
