Hide a Button

If you want to remove a button from your menu without permanently deleting it, you can choose to hide it. Order-takers will not be able to select a hidden button. If you want to permanently delete a button, see Delete a Button.

To Hide a Button:

1.In the Panels branch ButtonPanelsBranch, double-click the panel that contains the button you want to hide to open it in Panel Designer.

2.Select the button.

3.In the Components Property Editor, clear the Visible check box.

3.On the File menu, click Close to close the Panel Designer.

4.Save the menu file and refresh Terminal. The button will not be visible on the menu screen.

To Reveal a Hidden Button:

1.In the Panels branch ButtonPanelsBranch, double-click the panel that contains the button you want to reveal to open it in Panel Designer.

2.Select the button.

3.In the Components Property Editor, select the Visible check box.

4.On the File menu, click Close to close the Panel Designer.

4.Save the menu file and refresh Terminal. The button will now be visible on the menu screen.
