1.Enter a name for the coupon in the Name field. Press Tab to auto-fill the Caption field.
2.In the ID field, enter a unique number or letter-number combination up to 20 characters long, with no spaces. If this coupon is a Paytronix loyalty reward, enter the identifier provided by Paytronix.
Note If you are using the coupon with online ordering, a coupon ID is required. For other coupons, they are recommended, but not mandatory. |
Important If you want to use letters or symbols in your coupon ID, ensure that that Coupon Selection Method in Store Manager is set to By Name and Alphanumeric ID. This setting is located in Settings> Menu Sets> Coupon Options. |
Hint The ID number that you enter can be used to recall the coupon in Terminal. You can also make the ID code visible in the menu tree by selecting Show Coupon IDs in Tree View in the menu root General tab. |
3.Select a tax group from the Tax Group list. If left blank, the tax group of the highest-priced item on the coupon will be discounted.
4.Click Next.
5.If you want to use this coupon as a loyalty reward, select the Loyalty Reward check box, and then do one of the following:
•If you you are using the built-in SpeedLine loyalty tool, type or select a point cost in the Point Cost field, and click Next.
-or-
•If you are using Paytronix loyalty, leave the Point Cost set to zero (0) and click Next.

6.Click Finish to complete the wizard.
