Assign Make Routes to Items

Scroll Prev Top Next More

For one customer order, you can have preparation tickets, or make tickets, print in several different prep areas of your restaurant. You do this using make routes. Each item on the order can be directed to a different make route, for example, the pizza on a ticket can print at the pizza make table, while the salad on the same ticket prints to a salad prep area.

Use the Make Routes wizard to ensure all item nodes have make routes assigned to them.

To Assign Make Routes to Many Items Using the Wizard:

1.In the Menu Tree, click on the Menu Root ButtonRootMenu, and then click the Wizard button. ButtonWizard

The wizard lists all printer routes on the left side of the window. When you click on a route, all the items assigned to it are listed on the right. Items with no printer routes assigned are listed under Unassigned.
