Symptoms:
When selecting a menu item (Anything that can be sold to a customer is considered a menu item. Pizza, drinks, and promotional merchandise are examples of menu items.) in Terminal, the modifiers do not wrap to the next line in the ticket display, instead just scrolling off the right-hand side so they cannot be read.
Cause:
A single apostrophe ( ' ) or quotation marks ( " ) are used in an item's Print Caption or size Caption.
Solution:
•Delete any single apostrophes used in an item's Print Caption field or size Caption (General tab).
-or-
•Replace any quotation marks with two single apostrophes ( '' ). Using one apostrophe will cause a problem, but a using two apostrophes will not.
