$5 Loyalty Dollars Reward

Reward Description:

$5 loyalty dollars that can be spent on any ticket with the redemption of sufficient points.

If using
SpeedLine Loyalty:

Costs 500 points. (Assuming 10 points are accumulated for each dollar spent, this is a 10% discount.)

If using
Paytronix Loyalty:

No point cost is assigned. When the customer accumulates enough points, the reward will become available in Terminal. Customers often need to register their Paytronix loyalty cards online to be eligible for rewards.

If using Punchh Loyalty:

Not applicable, as reward details are set up on the Punchh website. See Integrating Punchh Loyalty with Your Menu.

Reward Details:

Simple $5 discount coupon applied to entire order.

To Create the Reward:

1.Right-click your loyalty reward (If you don't have a loyalty rewards group in your coupon branch, add one and create all of your rewards in that group.) group, point to Add, and then click Coupon.

2.In the Name field, type a name for the coupon, for example, "$5 Loyalty Dollars."

3.Select the Active check box to activate the coupon. The Caption field will auto-fill with the coupon name (the caption will appear on the button in Terminal).

4.In the Loyalty Program area, select the Loyalty Reward check box, and then do one of the following:

If you are using SpeedLine Loyalty, in the Point Cost field, type 500 and select Auto Discover to have the coupon pop up in Terminal if the customer has sufficient points.

-or-

If you are using Paytronix loyalty, leave the Point Cost set to zero (0), and in the ID field, enter a numerical ID. This will be identical to the Paytronix "discount object number" used to identify the reward on the loyalty administration website.

5.In the Calculation area Tax Group list, select the tax group to be discounted.

Note If you do not select a tax group, the customer will be charged the tax that would apply to the  regular price of the item.

6.If using SpeedLine built-in loyalty, select Auto Discover to have Terminal automatically display the coupon's button in a pop-up if an order has met the reward requirements (Auto Discover does not work with third-party loyalty programs).

7.Click the Application tab.

8.Right-click in the blank space and click Add.

9.Ensure that the Select Type is set to Ticket, and in the Calc Type list, select $ Discount.

10.In the Value field, do one of the following:

If using SpeedLine Loyalty, type 5.

-or-

If using Paytronix Loyalty, enter the maximum number of reward dollars that can be redeemed on a single order, for example 100.

Your reward is ready to use. Save your menu and then refresh your Terminal stations.
