You can control the creation and saving of SpeedLine Inventory Ideal Usage files with the End of Day Options Inventory settings.

You can also send order information to a corporate head office by automatically exporting purchase orders at day end. See Export Purchase Orders at Day End for instructions.

To Set End of Day Options for Inventory

1.Go to the Settings> End of Day> End of Day Options > Inventory tab.

2.Change the Inventory settings as required. Click the settings in the image below to see a description of each.

	Click a setting to read its description:

3.On the Edit menu, click Save Changes.

4.Refresh Terminal. The new options will take effect when Day End is run (Interim file options will take effect immediately).
