Kitchen Monitor Quick Service Mode causes Terminal to send menu items to CSK or KDS as they are added to a ticket, instead of waiting until the order is completed.
To Activate Kitchen Monitor Quick Service Mode:
1.Go to the Settings> Hardware> Station Options 
> Configuration tab.
2.From the station list, select the station that you want to activate Quick Service on.
3.Select the Kitchen Monitor Quick Service check box.
4.Go to the System> System Options> General tab.
5.In the Ticket ID Assignment area, select On Ticket Create.
6.Repeat steps 2 - 5 for each station you want Quick Service mode activated on.
7.On the Edit menu, click Save Changes.
8.Refresh Terminal on all stations to implement your new settings.

Note To complete setup of Quick Service Mode, you must also set the "Routing Mode" to "On the Fly" in the Kitchen Builder Pro software. |
