ID: Enter a custom ID. The ID can include up to 20 letters, numbers, or symbols. It is required to identify any coupons that will be used in online ordering, or with 3rd-party loyalty programs. ID numbers can also help improve the accuracy of your coupon tracking because they are better identifiers than a name, and order-takers can apply coupons to orders by entering the ID in Terminal.
