Use the instructions below to set a default zoom value for the report Print Preview screen.

To Set a Default Print Preview Zoom Value

1.On the Edit menu, click Preferences.

2.In the Default Report Zoom list, select an initial zoom level to show report previews at:

•Select Whole Page to fit the entire page on the screen without scrolling.

-or-

•Select Page Width to fit the width of  the page to your screen width (you may need to scroll to see text toward the bottom of the screen).

-or-

•Select 100% to show the page close to life-size on the screen.

3.Click OK. The next time you run a report, the preview will be shown at the new zoom level.
