You can require that a social security (or social insurance) number be entered when a new employee profile is added to SpeedLine. You can also use the Social Security Mask setting to specify how the number is displayed.
1.Go to the Settings> People> Employee Options > General tab.
2.To require social security (or social insurance) number entry when a new employee is added, select the Require Social Security Number check box .
3.In the Social Security Mask drop-down list, choose the desired format:
•Choose CDN to insert dashes after each triplet of numbers.
•Choose USA to insert dashes after the 3rd and 5th numbers.
•Choose None to display the number without dashes.
