Worldpay (formerly Vantiv) is payment processing software that is integrated with SpeedLine in order to process payment cards (credit, debit, and gift cards) automatically without the need for separate tabletop card processing machines.
SpeedLine supports two Worldpay platforms: Express and DataCap (MercuryPay). The Worldpay Express platform supports card processing both in-store, online with SpeedDine, and at the door.
In-store, cards are tapped, dipped, or swiped through a SpeedLine-supported card reader or PIN pad, and the payment is applied to the ticket. Follow the steps below to set up SpeedLine to work with Worldpay Express. SpeedLine Pay™ payments use a smartphone app that communicates with a mobile card reader or PIN pad. To Set Up Processing with Worldpay (Vantiv) Express
Important If you are accepting EMV payments (chip cards) with Express at your store, Worldpay triPOS payment processing software must be installed and configured on each station that will process EMV payments. If you have not yet purchased triPOS, please contact your SpeedLine sales representative for options and pricing. |
1.On the Settings tab, click System, and then click Card Processing.
2.Select Process Cards to activate integrated credit card processing.
3.In the Processor Interface list, select WorldPay (Vantiv) Express.
Caution To avoid disruptions or errors in payment processing, do not make changes to card processing settings during the day while you are receiving payments. |
4.Click the WorldPay (Vantiv) tab.
5.Click the Express sub-tab.
6.Enter or change the settings as needed. Click the settings in the image below to see a description of each setting.
5.After making setting changes, on the Edit menu, click Save Changes.
6.To allow communication between the station and EMV PIN pads, see enter triPOS settings, and add secure payment entry hardware to the station.
