Employee Work Restrictions

Scroll Prev Top Next More

SpeedLine can monitor your employee hours and warn you if employees are working too long, too late, or in some other way beyond the limits you set.

Employee work restrictions apply to employees based on their age, but can apply to all employees if the age requirement is set higher than any employee's age, for example, "99."

Restrictions can be applied to minors, for example to set the maximum number of hours they can work per week (Max Hours Per Week) or how early or late they can work on school nights. Restriction Groups can be set up to exempt some employees in the same age group from restrictions. For example, you can set up a  restriction group and apply it only to those minors who have parental consent to work late.

Note HM

Note To use employee restrictions, employees must have a birth date entered in their Personal tab. See Enter Personal Information.
