You can display or print messages to thank and reward customers who order from you frequently.
1.Go to the Settings> People> Customer Messages > Frequent Customer tab.
2.In the Trigger Message On list do one of the following:
•Select Interval to print or display the message every time a specified number of orders has been taken for the customer, then enter the number of orders that is required to trigger the message in the Interval field.
For example, enter "10" in the Interval field if you want customers to receive a message after every 10 orders.

•Select Order Value to print or display the message whenever a customer's order total reaches a specified dollar value, then enter the order total required to trigger the message in the Order Value field.
For example, enter "200" if you want the customers to receive a message when their order total reaches or exceeds $200.
3.Select Enable Operator Prompt to display a pop-up message in Terminal to let the employee know that this is a frequent customer, and to remind them to inform the customer of any offers that will print with their receipt.
4.Click in the Operator Prompt message field and then enter the message you want to display.
5.Select Enable Ticket Message to print a message on the customer’s ticket.
6.Click in the Ticket Message field and then enter the message you want to display.
For example: We appreciate your business! Get a free 2L pop with your next order.
7.(Optional) If you are just starting up a frequent customer reward program, you may want to reset the current frequent order statistics. In the Reset Frequent Order Counters area, reset the way frequent customers are determined by doing one of the following:
Note Resetting the customer frequent order statistics will not affect the Ytd or Total values shown on the Customer screen. |
•Select Zero to reset all customer frequent order statistics to zero. This option can be used to start your count when you start a new loyalty promotion (for example: "Get a free large pizza with every $300 spent) and want all customers to start with the same order number or value. Click Go, and then click OK and Yes to confirm.

•Ytd: Resets all customer frequent order statistics to the customers' year-to-date number and value of orders. Customers who have ordered frequently from you during the current year will benefit the most from this option. Click Go, and then click OK and Yes to confirm.

•Total: Resets all customer frequent order statistics to the customers' lifetime total number and value of orders. Customers that have a long order history with you will benefit the most from this option, while new customers will benefit the least. Click Go, and then click OK and Yes to confirm.
8.In the Message Position area, select whether you want the message to print at the top or bottom of the ticket.
9.On the Edit menu, click Save Changes.
10.Refresh Terminal to activate the new settings.
