Change Customer Presentation Images

You may want to change the images that are displayed on your customer presentation display to highlight seasonal deals or new promotions. Old images may be deactivated temporarily or deleted, and new images added.

To Deactivate Customer Presentation Display Images

1.Go to Settings> Hardware> Customer Presentation. icon_custPresentiationDrivethru

2.Do one of the following:

Click the System Idle tab to work with images that are displayed when there is no active ticket.

-or-

Click the Active Ticket tab to work with images that are displayed when there is an active ticket.

3.Clear the Active check box for the image that is no longer to be displayed.

To Delete Customer Presentation Display Images

1.Go to Settings> Hardware> Customer Presentation. icon_custPresentiationDrivethru

2.Do one of the following:

Click the System Idle tab to work with images that are displayed when there is no active ticket.

-or-

Click the Active Ticket tab to work with images that are displayed when there is an active ticket.

3.Click on the image that is to be deleted, and then click the Delete button. bDelete This removes the image from the list, but does not delete it from the SpeedLine> PresentationImages folder on the computer, so it can be added again later.

To Add New Presentation Display Images

1.Prepare the image files, if you have not already done so.

2.Go to Settings> Hardware> Customer Presentation. icon_custPresentiationDrivethru

3.Do one of the following:

Click the System Idle tab to work with images that are displayed when there is no active ticket.

-or-

Click the Active Ticket tab to work with images that are displayed when there is an active ticket.

4.Click the Add button bAdd and browse to the SpeedLine> PresentationImages folder on the computer hard drive.

5.Click the image file, and then click Open.

6.Use the reorder buttons bUpDownArrows to arrange the images in the order you would like them displayed.

7.Repeat steps 3-6 for any remaining images to be added.
