If Configured Lines was selected for the Station Mode when setting up Caller ID, complete the following instructions for every station that will have Caller ID lines assigned to it.
To Assign Caller ID Lines to a Station
1.Go to the Settings> Hardware> Station Options 
> Caller ID Lines tab.
2.From the list on the left, select the first station to configure.

Important If DEFAULT is highlighted, any settings changes will become the default for all stations not listed. |
3.In the Caller ID Lines list, clear the check box beside any lines you don't want showing on the selected station.

Note The Extension field is used to assign a physical phone extension to a SpeedLine station, so that order takers only need to pick up the phone for it to be shown as "Off Hook" at other stations. This function is only available for the Avaya Partner Caller ID system. |
4.On the Edit menu, click Save Changes.
5.Refresh Terminal on all stations to implement your new settings.
