Add Management or Corporate Sales Forecasts

1.Go to the Settings> System> Operations Planning icon_opsPlanning> Management Sales Projection tab.
2.Select the Show box to display the projections in Today> Operations Planning> Sales Forecast screens.
3.Enter a Caption (e.g., Head Office or Corporate).
4.Click the Add button SM_PlusSign2 and then select a date for the week of forecasting to take effect from the Effective drop-down calendar.
5.Enter either a week total, or individual totals for each day of the week.
6.Click Edit and select Save Changes to save your projection data.

Hint Head Offices may "push" sales projections to a store via Update Packages.

Management sales projections may be entered manually by a manager, or they can be pushed from a head office using an Update Package. Corporate or Management projections act as a guide for managers; they do not affect labor or prep planning.
